In Angular6 How to use Config Files for Settings

In Angular6 How to use Config Files for settings.I followed the article mentioned in the link,

But unfortunately, I am not able to use the Appconfig.Settings.
AppConfig.settings when used is saying not defined. Settings is static, but still it is undefined when tried to access. please share snippet on how to access the settings.
