Floodlight tag with Facebook Messenger chat on website

New here and am in need of help.
I have created a landing page for a client that has the Facebook Messenger chat button residing on it.
We have been requested to add floodlight tags to hitting the landing page itself and also on for when the chat button is clicked.
We are using Wordpress and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add the tag to report on the chat button clicked.
Any help is appreciated and if additional details are needed please let me know.
