Create an MS Outlook rule to apply when email is sent to one specific person only

When I send an email to only John Doe, I'd like to put a copy in a specified folder.
The rule I've got so far is: Apply this rule after I send a message / To John Doe / Move a copy to the John Doe Only folder.
I can't come up with an exception that means "except if it's also addressed to anyone else".
Can anyone suggest a way to create an exception, or an entirely different way to accomplish this?
(As noted in the tags, this is Outlook 2010)
